Vehicle Release Information

Vehicle Release Hours are between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm Monday through Friday

Saturday releases by appointment only. Additional fees may apply.

After business hours, weekend, or holiday release of a vehicle or its contents will incur a $45 gate fee

General Requirements To Release Impounded Motor Vehicle

Proof of Ownership (Current Registration, Notarized Bill of Sale, or State-Issued Title
Proof of Valid Liability Insurance
Valid Government-issued Photo Identification
Valid Driver’s License (forthe person driving vehicle from impound)

Please note that in some cases, a police agency may have placed a hold on your vehicle or its contents. If this happens, it is the owner’s responsibility to clear the hold before we can release the vehicle or its contents. Vehicles and their contents will ONLY be released to individuals who can provide proof of ownership. If you are not the owner of the vehicle, you will need to provide a notarized power of attorney that specifically authorizes you to pick up the vehicle or its contents.
